Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Are you in dispute? Do you foresee a problem? Is it in relation to a contract, negligence or perhaps a property? Regardless of the situation we can assist and give you the practical legal advice you require.
The litigation process can be daunting but we will ensure that you are kept fully informed. We can advise you on the chances of success and the possible value of your claim.
Whether it be mediation, or a matter that is dealt with at the County Court, or High Court, we can negotiate on your behalf and if necessary commence, or defend proceedings.
If you have a dispute that you are unable to resolve, we can help. We cover a wide range of disputes, from large commercial disputes, to small disputes between individuals and the enforcement of judgements. We deal with a variety of contractual claims and disputes over negligent work, or negligent professional advice.
We are experienced in dealing with property disputes, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes and disputes over property ownership and other neighbour disputes.
If you have an issue over a will, or an inheritance we also deal with these matters.
We also advise regarding issues relating to bankruptcy, or the winding up of companies.
We recognise that most people do not wish to incur the costs of attending court and, wherever possible, we try to resolve matters without the necessity of court proceedings, almost always through correspondence and, where appropriate, through mediation.
