Karen du Rocher

It is with profound sadness that the Partners announce the death of our much-loved colleague, Solicitor and Notary Public Karen du Rocher, following a short illness.

Karen was a truly exceptional lawyer and a warm, kind and generous person. She was deeply respected by her colleagues, clients and the wider legal profession, and her wisdom, professionalism and humanity touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.

Her death has come as an enormous shock to us all. Karen was working with us and for her clients until very recently, and her loss is felt deeply throughout the firm.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with her family and all those who loved her. She will be remembered with enormous affection and respect and will be greatly missed.

We are in the process of contacting Karen’s clients and making arrangements for the continued conduct of her matters. We ask for your patience and understanding during this very difficult period.

Tinklin Springall Solicitors has been providing legal services from our Bromley office since 1983, originally by moving a department of a very long established central London firm to Bromley, as the partners lived locally. The office grew, and after a second office was opened in Beckenham, they became self-contained. The two founding partners and staff left the London partnership but retained the local offices.
