It is with the greatest sadness that we inform our clients and professional colleagues that Roger Tinklin, founder of this firm, passed away on 6th April 2023 at St. Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham.  He will be greatly missed by the partners and staff whose thoughts and prayers are with his wife Lynda, daughters Natasha and Anya as well as his grandchildren.  The funeral will take place on 10th May and, with many members of staff attending, office communications will be limited on that day which we trust all will understand.

Please note that our Bromley office has moved to 12-14 Elmfield Road.

After nearly 40 years at Devonshire House in Elmfield Road, we have acquired what was the Royal Bank Of Scotland at 12-14 Elmfield Road and following extensive refurbishment have now moved the Bromley office there. 

The new offices are in central Bromley, just off the High Street and between 2 entrances of the Glades, still a short walk from Bromley South station but now also nearer to Bromley North Station.  There are 2 car parks and on-street parking nearby as well as other public transport options.  The new office space has 3 meeting rooms, including 2 on the ground floor, so this should be better suited for our clients as well as the staff who look forward to welcoming you there.

The Beckenham office remains as before.

Tinklin Springall Solicitors has been providing legal services from our Bromley office since 1983, originally by moving a department of a very long established central London firm to Bromley, as the partners lived locally. The office grew, and after a second office was opened in Beckenham, they became self-contained. The two founding partners and staff left the London partnership but retained the local offices.
